New townhouse development planned for Garner
GARNER, NC (August 21, 2009) – A custom homebuilder with national experience and strong local ties has announced plans to develop a new townhouse community in Garner, just minutes from downtown Raleigh. Southerby Bluffs will feature 54 townhomes starting at $190,000.

"The Triangle remains one of the strongest and most stable real estate markets in the nation. Southerby Bluffs meets the growing demand for affordable, quality homes that are close to downtown Raleigh," said Jason Graves, manager of Graves Realty Associates, a marketing partner for Southerby Bluffs. "This is a tremendous location that offers the charm of small town living and the convenience of being just miles from downtown Raleigh."

Southerby Bluffs is located near the corner of Aversboro Road and Timber Drive, with easy access to I–40 and Highway 70. The community is within walking distance of schools, restaurants and shops and only four miles from White Oak Crossing, a popular shopping center that features retailers such as Target, Best Buy and Dicks Sporting Goods.

Upscale amenities at an affordable price
Southerby Bluffs will feature spacious, two–story townhouses that offer a host of popular upscale amenities, including first–floor master bedrooms, 9’ ceilings, hardwood floors, granite countertops, a gas fireplace and walk–in closets. Exteriors will feature partial stone and brick elevations, cooper roof accents and a one–car garage.

Half of the units will include an optional walkout basement that can be customized to serve as a home office, playroom or additional living space. Homeowners at Southerby Bluffs will be able to further customize their homes by selecting paint colors, finishes and other features.

Construction is scheduled to begin in Fall 2009.
